Hello and welcome to SOULSHINE Counseling + Wellness, LLC!

I have been in the counseling field for 12 years and in private practice as an LPC since 2017. My mission is and has always been to educate, empower, and ​challenge my clients to cultivate lives that feel meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned to their values -- this is true authenticity! I aim to model this in the way I show up in the counseling room and in my life; I believe in the incredible healing power of genuine connection. 

It is my great pleasure and joy to create a very cool (we think), cozy therapeutic space focused on WELLNESS, HEALING, and GROWTH in Downtown Lake Charles! My hope is that you will feel safe, supported, and strengthened when you visit our office.

Our counseling team includes several very gifted, incredibly compassionate, and skilled professionals who truly care about your wellbeing. Each counselor on the SOULSHINE Team brings their own style, experience, and training into the counseling space to meet you where you are and support you on your individual healing and growth journey.
